For my revision plan there are many things I can improve. After receiving many very helpful comments from my peer review I decided to look over my whole essay instead of focusing on one specific area. My goal is to work on using better evidence from podcasts and articles. Going along with this I really need to work on the analysis of these quotes. Some of the quotes I chose needed to be thoroughly explained due to the fact that they were out of the box. Although they initially made sense to me, I needed to work on making it clear to others. The steps I will take are to start with going over my main ideas and reading the articles or listening to the podcasts to get a better idea. Then I will get my thoughts out on paper, reorganize and polish my words then find quotes that I think match my ideas and words. Then with the analysis think about the key things I get from this quote and how it relates. My biggest challenge I would have to say is the multimodal stuff. I have never put this in an essay before so this is a whole new playing field for me and it is throwing me for a loop. If this becomes too much of a challenge and assistance is needed I will use the help of other classmates to see what direction they took it in. Also I have a mandatory writing lab that meets once a week and so I can bring up ideas with my professor and go over exactly what is required and what would be correct.
